How to win the bid
Of course, a purchased inquiry does not guarantee you an order - but your chances are good if you present yourself professionally and respond quickly. Experience shows that a high completion rate depends on:
- Speed of response (ideally within hours)
- Contact by phone, not just by e-mail
- Sending an attractive offer (also by post)
- Personal appearance, e.g. with company brochure
- Serious appearance and clearly structured offer
- Optional: On-site inspection and expert advice
- Integration of customer reviews and references
- Mention of insurance cover (e.g. liability)
- Clear information on processing and payment methods
A little tip: Let the customer give a short rating after the job has been completed (e.g. stars 1-5 and a comment). You can later incorporate these references directly into quotations.
What is the success rate?
Our partner companies report an average of one order per 3-4 purchased inquiries. At a price of EUR 30-40 per lead, this means that you invest around EUR 120-160 for a new order. Some companies close a deal after just two inquiries - on a regular basis.
